Pre Apprentice: 

Minimal experience necessary but must be reliable and have

                        transportation in order to be considered.

                        Apprentice:      

Experience in all areas of painting, including:  Brushing, rolling, spraying, lacquering, special coatings, epoxy, etc.  Must have transportation. 

                        Journeyman Painter: 

Experience in all areas of painting, motivated with all the skills of a painter.  Knowledge of blueprints, job costing, and organizational skills. 

                        Foreman:  

Exceptionally experienced journeyman painter with the ability to manage a crew, read plans, be familiar with job costing, order materials and have good communication skills.
